Regulation
Useful information:
• Check-in from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• Upon check-in it is mandatory to provide a valid identity document: identity card or passport
• No other person, other than those duly registered at check-in, will be allowed inside the rooms
• Check-out at 10.00 am
• Late Check Out: it is possible to obtain it, based on availability, to be agreed with the Management.
• The Management is not responsible for any theft and/or loss of objects left unattended in common areas and/or rooms
• The Management is not responsible for any damage caused by problems relating to the supply of public services (internet connection, water, electricity, etc.)
• No pets allowed
Reservation:
• You can cancel your reservation, without additional costs and with a full refund of the deposit paid, no later than 3 days before the arrival date. Otherwise, the amount paid will not be refunded.
• Any damage caused will be subject to a request for appropriate and immediate compensation by the Management
• Should any behavior be found that damages the structure and the image of the facility and that does not respect the correct rules of etiquette (any traces of smoking in the room, damaged linen, damaged furniture, missing objects and/or other), the Management reserves the right to charge an appropriate and immediate compensation, based on the severity of the damage.
• NON-SMOKING Structure: in compliance with current legislation, smoking is prohibited inside closed spaces
• The mandatory tourist tax will be applied and must be paid on site.
Payment Methods
We accept payments by cash, in compliance with current regulations, debit cards, Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Payment for the stay must be made online at the time of booking, subject to different written agreements with the Management.
Payment for any extras must be made at check-out.
Cancellation Policy
• You can cancel your reservation, without additional costs and with a full refund of the deposit paid, no later than 7 days before the arrival date.
Otherwise, the amount paid will not be refunded.
• For cancellations not received and in case of no-show, the penalty is 100% of the cost of the stay.
